The right of citizens to vote in any President, Vice President, Senator, or Representative in Congress. The citizens' right is not taken away even if poll taxes or other taxes aren't paid. Presidents can only serve two, four year terms.
The Cullen harrison act, signed by President franklin Roosevelt on March 22, 1933, authorized the sale of 3.2 percent beer (thought to be too low an alcohol concentration to be intoxicating) and wine, which allowed the first legal beer sales since the beginning of Prohibition on January 16, 1920. In 1933state conventions ratified thetwenty first amendment , which repealed Prohibition. The Amendment was ratified on December 5, 1933. Any federal laws enforcing Prohibition were then repealed.
electoral votes remind people of a two house government. every states people who vote will vote for a president if 23000 people vote for obama there are now 10 electoral votes from pennsylvania for obama and if 13000 people vote for mccain now there are 8 electoral votes for mccain from pennsylvania

21- the 21st amendment ended the 18th amendment. the 18 created the prohibition but the 21st ended the prohibition.
22-the 22nd amendment allows the president to serve 2 terms that are 4 years long each in office. The 22nd amendment allows the president to only be elected twice.

Amendment 23 - The District of Columbia was given three electoral votes in the Presidential election because DC had a bigger population than 13 states. The three electoral votes is the same number of votes that small states are given by calculating their two senators and one representative.
Amendment 24 - The 24th Amendment ended mandatory poll taxes that prevented many African Americans. This was very important to the Civil Rights Movement. Citizens are allowed "to vote in any primary, or other election for President or Vice President..."
